How to care for it
A.
The leather used in every Lowman product is full-grain and vegetable-tanned, sourced from American tanneries that have not changed their methods in over a century. It is the densest, most durable part of the hide.
B.
Let it ride. The leather will soften and conform with use. Exposure to sun and air will deepen the color over time. That is not damage. That is the material doing what it is supposed
to do.
C.
Condition it. Every few months, work a thin coat of neatsfoot oil or beeswax conditioner into the leather with a clean cloth. Pay attention to the strap creases, that is where the leather works hardest.
